If you bought this portrait in the last 30 days, up to $19 of what you paid counts once toward a framed print, blanket or set. It is never cash and doesn’t apply to a mug on its own.

Will a set arrive together?

Each piece is made by a specialist print partner, so pieces can ship on different days in separate parcels. Every piece has its own tracking on your order page.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes, enter their address at checkout and use your email for updates. Gift wrapping and printed notes aren’t available yet.

What if something arrives damaged?
